YELLOW TRAVEL AGENCY (Yellow Travel j.d.o.o.) provides online services through its website at www.yellow-split.com. Services include providing information, content management and selling of advertised products. By using this website end users agree to each of the terms and conditions set forth herein. End user is personally responsible for the accuracy of information, and protection of confidentiality of passwords, where encountered. End user must be 18 years of age or older and have full legal capacity, and must be physical or legal entity registered as user. YELLOW TRAVEL AGENCY reserves the right to change or terminate contents of its website at any time. By using this website user confirms that he understands and complies with this Terms and Conditions.

YELLOW TRAVEL AGENCY also reserves the right to terminate or change any of this terms and conditions at any time without prior notice if considers necessary.

This website is property of YELLOW TRAVEL AGENCY has exclusive rights over all materials on website www.yellow-split.com. Any copying, distributing, publishing, linking, deep linking or any other form of modifying this website without prior written consent of YELLOW TRAVEL AGENCY is strictly forbidden.

YELLOW TRAVEL AGENCY can terminate business relationship with any of its end users at any time, reserving the rights to immediately terminate user account in its sole discretion without any further explanation.

No compensation of any kind or responsibility can be taken if, due to circumstances beyond the control of YELLOW TRAVEL AGENCY or the relevant service providers; we have to notify a change to your arrangements when we or the relevant service providers cannot supply your arrangements in full or in part as agreed, or you suffer any loss or damage of any description. A circumstance beyond our or the relevant service providers’ control is one that cannot be foreseen or avoided, even after taking all due care and includes but is not limited to war, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial disputes and bad weather situations or forecasts.

Pricing

Advertised tour prices are individual, including VAT in Croatian currency (HRK). Each tour has an „Included in price“ label. All further services, other than that, will be additionally charged according to actual costs. There can be price differences between official offer and on-line advertised price for international customers due to exchange rate difference.

Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include any local taxes or use-fees, including foreign departure, security, port charges, park fees, customs, immigration, agricultural, passenger-facility charges or international transportation tax. Price quotations are subject to change without notice, until a booking has been confirmed.

Passport & Visas

Each customer has to check he has the appropriate documents for his journey especially (but without limitation) if he booked tours, packages or transfers including flight or visit of a country different from the country of departure. He has to own and bring a passport (with visa if necessary) or a valid ID card. No refund will be granted in case of lack or loss of ID documents.

Payment

Ordered products or services are paid online, by means of one of the following credit and/or debit cards: MasterCard®, Maestro® or Visa®, American Express through the WEB STUDIO d.o.o WSpay service. YELLOW TRAVEL AGENCY charges the Customer’s card immediately upon the executed transaction.

Cancellation Policy

Each advertised product has a different Cancellation Policy listed in FAQ label. YELLOW TRAVEL AGENCY is responsible to act accordingly.

Dispute settlement

In accordance to Consumer Protection Act, we inform end users that if they have any service quality complaints, they may submit them in writing at the following address: Yellow Travel j.d.o.o., Ivana pl. Zajca 3, 21000 Split or at e-mail address: sales@yellow-split.com. End user will be answered in writing within 15 days at the latest.

Possible disputes between YELLOW TRAVEL AGENCY and end user (customer) shall be resolved primarily by agreement and amicably, otherwise the dispute resolution shall be under the jurisdiction of court in Split.

Statement on the Collection and use of personal data

YELLOW TRAVEL AGENCY commits to protect personal information of end users and collects only necessary data required for realization of the activity. All user information are strictly guarded and are available only to the employees who need personal data for completing the job. All our employees and business partners are responsible to follow the principles of confidentiality protection.

Statement on the Protection of the transfer of personal data

Entry and transfer of personal data and credit card number is protected by SSL 256-bit encryption which provides WSpay ™ System for online authorization of the credit cards. Authorization and payment of credit card is done with WSpay ™ System in real time.
